Great show
At the beginning of the show there were his famous "sappy Daddy songs" as Trace called them . . yes, we loved hearing them just like your Mama, and thank you for singing them. I didn't plan on it but couldn't keep from tearing up while I sat next to my little girl. From there we moved into the rocking and the new, it was a great show! The band was awesome and overall it was an enjoyable experience. Good thing you didn't bust a move on Honky Tonkbadonkadonk (well we wouldn't have minded), but there were a couple ole gals sitting near us that may have rushed the stage because one hollered the whole time, "SING DONKADONK"!
The staff are outdated
Trace Adkins was absolutely amazing! The Genesee has great acoustics perfect for an artist like him! The gentlemen who was the usher in our section was like a policeman, chasing after whoever was taking video or pictures. We saw Carrie Underwood the next night and they invited us to share our media “we know you’re going to take pictures and video, please # them at Denimanddiamonds (the name of the tour). I feel like the Genesee would greatly benefit from allowing fan videos and pictures to be automatically uploaded to your website if a little old man with a ponytail wasn’t chasing me down telling me to stop!
